Job Responsibilities:

✔️ Identify and engage corporate clients, including salons, spas, hotels, retailers, and distributors.
✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth.
✔️ Present and promote our cosmetics products through strategic sales pitches.
✔️ Develop customized sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
✔️ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
✔️ Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✔️ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
✔️ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns.
✔️ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

✔️ Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industries.
✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
✔️ Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
✔️ Ability to work independently and within a team-driven environment.
✔️ Knowledge of beauty and skincare products is an advantage.
